Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STB VERSION & THE PAD VERSION?

A: STB version is for Android Smart TV, Android TV Box. PAD version is for Android Tablet, Android PAD, Android Phone, Android Cell Phone.

Q: APK IS REPORTED WITH VIRUS DURING INSTALLING?

A: One code only can be used in one device.

Q: WHEN THE SUBSCRIPTION IS TIME TO END, HOW TO DO IT?

A: You can renew the subscription again and put the code. You can check the remaining days from the APK menu.

Q: THERE IS WITHOUT US, AUS CHANNELS, CAN HELP TO ADD?

A: There are 55 US channels on the side now. For more US or AUS channels, please help to collect and give the below details:

Q: THERE IS WITHOUT THE CHANNELS I WANTED, CAN HELP TO ADD?

  2. Which SAT with that channels.
  3. What TP for these channels. As you know, there are too many channels in the world. So more details help us to check whether can add in a short time. We will try our best to improve our service as better as we can.

Q: WHY DON’T HAVE CLASSIC EPG?

A: Only Plus Version (STB Version) is with Classic EPG.

  1. That meaning installed Plus STB Version on Android TV Box, Android Smart TV then can get the Classic EPG. If installed Plus PAD Version on your PAD or Phone, there is without Classic EPG.
  2. If your Version is Standard Version (Blue Color), it is without Classic EPG.

Q: HOW MANY TIMES CAN TRANSFER THE SUBSCRIPTION CODE/DEVICE ID TO ANOTHER DEVICE?

A: Normally there are three times for free to transfer the subscription code/Device ID. Then from the fourth, will cut some days per transfer.

Q: THE SUBSCRIPTION CODE NOT WORKING.

A: There would be some reasons for the subscription code not working. Please check as below:

  1. Please fill in the code number carefully one by one.
  2. if still a problem, please check whether installed the correct version Apk. There are two versions: Standard Version, Blue color Plus Version, Red color Both are using different subscription codes. So please check which version subscription code is in your hand, Standard or Plus Version? Then installed the correct version Apk.
  3. If the above does not help, please contact our support email directly.
  4. If bought the wrong version subscription code, please contact us to exchange it for you, but need to pay the balance if change from the Standard version to the Plus version.

Q: WHAT TO DO WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION CODE? IF THE DEVICE WAS BROKEN OR BOUGHT A NEW DEVICE.

A: Do not worried, we will help to transfer the subscription code to another/new device. Please contact us with two details:

  1. Your subscription code or order number.
  2. After installed Apk, please inform the device ID. (how to get the device ID? please take a pic of the screen when running the Apk or contact us directly)

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TRIAL CODE AND PAID SUBSCRIPTION CODE?

A: The main difference is as below:

  1. The trial Code is for 3days.
  2. Paid subscription code is for 31/93/186/372days.
  3. Some Valued Channels are not opened in Trial Code.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE STANDARD VERSION AND PLUS VERSION?

A: Standard Version & Plus Version, both are with the same channels. The main difference as below:

  1. Plus Version 200+ Channels with 7Days Catch Up.
  2. Plus Version Cloud PVR (Recording) Function.
  3. Plus Version VOD with more wonderful sports events.

Q: WHY IS THE TRIAL CODE NOT WORKING?

A: There would be some reasons for the trial code not working. If your trial code got from our website directly, so it can be activated with no problem. Please check as below:

  1. Please fill in the code number carefully one by one.
  2. If still a problem, please check whether installed the correct version of Apk. There are two versions: Standard Version, Blue color Plus Version, Red color Both are using different trial codes. So please check which version trial code is in your hand.

IPTV Family Package (Sub Device)

Q: ONE SUB-DEVICE CODE CAN BE USED ON THE 2ND OR 3RD OR 4TH SUB-DEVICE?

A: Sorry, No. One Sub Device code can be used on one Sub device, when activated, the code is locked on that device. Now the Sub devices are maxed at 3 devices, that is 1 main device & 3 x Sub Devices, that is 4 Devices in total.

Q: ONE CODE CAN BE USED ON ONE MORE DEVICE?

A: Sorry, No. One code can be used on one device, when activated, the code is locked on that device.

Q: IS THERE ANY FUNCTION DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MASTER DEVICE & SUB-DEVICE?

  1. 99% are the same, including all Live Channels & VOD.
  2. The only difference: Sub-Device does not have Cloud PVR Function. Because now the system does not support it.

Q: WHY THERE ARE TWO VALID DATES FOR THE MASTER DEVICE & SUB-DEVICE?

A: The Valid Date of the Master Device & Sub-Device can be the same or different. Because they are with each own date.

Q: WHAT IS THE MASTER DEVICE & SUB-DEVICE?

  1. Install the AirTV Extra version APK on Device A.
  2. Install the Sub-Device APK on the Device B.
  3. After Activated Subscription code (xxxxxxxxxxxxc) on Device A, then bind Device B by filling in the same Subscription code (xxxxxxxxxxxxc) on Device B.
  4. Then Device A becomes Master Device; device B becomes Sub-Device (Slave Device). For more details, see our step-by-step guide on how to use the IPTV Family Package.

Q: HOW TO ACTIVATE THE SECOND / THIRD DEVICES? HOW TO USE SUB-DEVICE CODE?

  1. Installed Sub-Device Apk on the Sub Device (the second/third device).
  2. Bind Sub-Device to Master Device(the first device) by inputting subscription code(xxxxxxxxxxxxc) whichever been used on Master Device.
  3. Fill in Sub-Device Code(exxxxxxxxxxuc) to the Second/Third Devices, after Sub-Device code has been recharged, can enjoy the IPTV.
